From sending the first violation notice through the structuring of a comprehensive collections program, Harris & Harris offers a complete range of outsourcing services to assist you in meeting your goals.

Early-Out Program

Because the receivable process begins with the first notice, accounts can be downloaded for contact within days of delinquency through our Early-Out Program. Competitive fees are available on a per-account basis. You incur no other collection costs, contingency fees, or set-up fees. Accounts can be closed after the pre-collection cycle, or they can be converted directly into regular collections.

Contingency Collections

Contingency Collection, with its direct person-to-person contact and intensive mailing campaigns, is a no risk process. If we collect the funds owed by your citizen or violator, we earn a percentage fee, if we don't collect, we don't get paid!

Skip Tracing

Aiding in the collection process, our skilled Skip Tracing team can locate people and their assets worldwide by using Harris & Harris' proprietary database and on-line search services, as well as through a wide variety of electronic directories, the credit bureaus, and public information sources.

Litigation

Litigation, if desired, is handled by our attorneys who concentrate their practice in accounts receivable collection cases. We have also established a nationwide network of attorneys who can file suit wherever and whenever necessary.
