Account Prioritization and Scoring
Our collection process begins with data scrubs to improve the accuracy of each file. If accounts are determined to be deceased or bankrupt, they are closed and returned to the client. If not, our research/investigative department, combined with our skip tracing team, can find new and updated contact information very quickly.
The accounts are then processed through account prioritization and scoring. We utilize an analytics-based collection strategy, with multiple scoring techniques, internal proprietary scoring and outside vendors.
Our score-based strategy allows our firm to effectively segment our client’s inventories to produce the highest recoveries possible from each scoring range. Our call center platform consists of score-based strategies to determine the best way to contact a debtor.

Harris & Harris can accommodate any type of report delivery that is preferred by our clients, whether it be a pre-formatted report or a custom report with greater sophistication and detail. The extensive and customizable reports contain actionable data that will improve your debt collection process while lowering costs. The reports can be sent electronically or may be accessed via the Internet.
Harris & Harris povides our clients with exclusive access to their accounts online through our secure Client Access Web portal. With Client Access Web, our clients can view activity of accounts placed; generate and build custom reports; generate standard reports; and download, cancel and audit accounts 24/7. In addition, we can set up individual agencies to send new accounts to us, either one at a time or in a batch.
