1st Party Early-Out Program

Because the receivable process begins with the first reminder call, accounts can be downloaded for contact within minutes of delinquency through our 1st Party Early-Out Program. Competitive fees are available on a per account basis. You incur no other collection costs, contingency fees, or set-up fees. Accounts can be closed after the pre-collection cycle, or they can be converted directly into regular collections.

Contingency Collection

Contingency Collection, with its direct person-to-person contact and intensive mailing campaigns, is a no risk process. If we collect the funds owed by your customer, we earn a percentage fee, if we don't collect, we don't get paid!

Skip Tracing and Asset Investigation Team

Aiding in the collection process, our skilled Skip Tracing and Asset Investigation Team can locate people and their assets worldwide by using a wide variety of electronic directories, the credit bureaus, and public information sources coupled with Harris and Harris’ proprietary database and on-line search services.

Arbitration and Litigation

Arbitration and Litigation, if desired, are handled by our attorneys who concentrate their practice in creditor’s rights matters.
